Howdy,

Good site, very informative, altho I couldn't find the Light
House's room rates. I did find them on some others.

As I live on the Gulf coast in FL (Port Charlotte) I may want to
do this here? We have one advertising local services but this is
different, more for the visitors and to get visitors.

I go to AZ and CO every summer, I plan to stop by Rockport
this year all because of the site.

The Rockport-etc pages are not only used to look up places to stay - it is useful for reference. I just got a call from someone on the way to Rockport and could not remember what motel he had made reservations with - I went to the Rockport-etc site and read every listing I had until he recognized the name of the hotel he had made reservations with.

He appreciated the time I took to help him find his motel. I appreciated the fact that he remembered the Rockport-etc website.

I am looking for an assisted living facility in the Rockport or Aransas Pass area. This is needed for a 90 years old male who is at present
able to eat, bathe, drive a car etc but who needs help
with housecleaning etc.

He is forgetful and has early Parkinson’s disease

Hello, I stayed in Rockport a few years ago
and would like to return this June. I would like
to stay at the same place I stayed then. The only
problem is I can't remember the name the place. When
I stood on the front porch of our cabin looking at the
ocean there was a long fishing peer to the left. At the
point where you got on the peer there was a big beautiful
house. If you was to walk from our cabin to the peer you
would pass a small strip of motel rooms, a big motel with
a swimming pool then you got to the big house and peer. I
know this isn't much to work with but I would appreciate
any help you might could give me. Thanks very much for your

Hello, My name is John Koch & I live in San Antonio,
& I was wondering if you could tell me if the wonderful
restaurant coming into Rockport from Aransas Pass called
"Crab Inn" is open seven days a week. My family & I plan
on visiting the Port Aransas/Rockport area in June & July,
& my mother-in-law is worried about what days the Crab Inn
is open for business. This is one of the wonderful eateries
that we like to visit, along with Charlotte Plummer's, whenever
we visit y'all's area. If you could provide this information,
or at least a phone number/e-mail address/website that I may
contact, I would be extremely appreciative.
